Will my Manuka Honey Crystallise?
Eventually all real honey will crystallise, this means it is real raw honey. If your honey crystallises then you can place the jar in warm water to liquidate. We cream our Manuka honey which does reduce the crystallisation of the honey. However it will eventually crystallise.
How long will my Manuka honey last?
Manuka honey, like other honeys will last beyond the use by date if stored correctly. Honey was discovered in the Pharoh Tutankhamun’s tomb which was over 2,000 years old, and it was still edible, crazy right! However, honey does change over time which means the levels of sugars and MGO changes over long periods. So best to use within the use by dates.
How should I store my Manuka honey?
Store Manuka honey out of direct sunlight at ambient temperature. Do not refrigerate or heat Manuka honey.
Contraindications
It is advised that infants under 12 months should not ingest honey. If you have a pollen, honey or bee allergy it is probably best to avoid. Spot test the honey to check it does not give you a reaction, discontinue use if it does.

550+ MGO Manuka Honey
Sourced from Leptospermum sp. (Jellybush) blossoms in the coastal forests of the Northern Rivers Region, this raw cold-extracted Manuka honey carries a verified MGO rating of 550+, independently laboratory tested.
Manuka honey of this MGO concentration contains a naturally high level of Methylglyoxal — a distinctive bioactive compound unique to Manuka-type honeys. It also contains naturally occurring polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes, and trace vitamins and minerals.
The flavour is characteristic of our Northern Rivers terroir — softer than a New Zealand Manuka, with an earthy depth that sets it apart from our culinary honey varieties. Enjoy a teaspoon morning and night as a daily ritual.
Cacao Manuka
A rich, indulgent chocolate-style spread made with high-grade organic Cacao and raw Manuka honey — nothing else. No additives, no fillers, just two whole food ingredients.
Organic Cacao is naturally rich in flavonoid antioxidants, Theobromine, Magnesium and Iron. Combined with the complex flavour profile of our raw Manuka honey, this makes for an exceptionally flavoursome spread. Enjoy straight from the spoon, stirred into smoothies, or as a topping for desserts.
Macadamia Honey
To create this seasonal honey, our bees pollinate pristine Macadamia orchards on Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW. Each early spring, the native Australian Macadamia trees burst into bloom, producing long hanging flower clusters in shades of pink and white. The nectar from these blossoms produces a distinctly delicate, floral honey with a light golden colour.
This raw cold-extracted honey contains naturally occurring bioactive compounds including flavonoids, polyphenols, natural enzymes, amino acids, fructo-oligosaccharides, and trace vitamins and minerals including B vitamins, Vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
Raw honey has a naturally lower GI than refined sugars, as it is partially digested in the stomach rather than passing directly to the small intestine. This honey may crystallise over time — gently warm the jar to restore a runnier consistency, or enjoy it in its crystallised form.
