Salad dressings are the perfect way to enjoy the sweetness of Manuka honey while maintaining all the beneficial bioactive compounds and MGO. We love sprucing up a salad with a homemade wholefood dressing that is nourishing and delicious. Feel free to change it up or follow our recipes as with smoothies and bliss balls there are so many ways to make a great salad dressing. We love a base of apple cider vinegar because of the health benefits and we always use an extra virgin cold pressed oil.
These great dressings can be drizzled on salads, steamed greens, a stir fry or barbecued food. Or used as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, breads and meats.
Method
Use mortar and pestle to combine salt & pepper, garlic, herb and spices. Combine oil, vinegar and honey mix until honey is combined. Use an old glass jar to combine herbs and spices and wet ingredients pop on the lid and shake.
